About Me
Welcome to My Practice
Welcome to Your Journey of Healing and Self-Discovery! My name is Anton, and I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. Growing up as the son of immigrant parents in a rural setting, I became familiar with the experience of being an “other” at a very young age. This background fuels my passion for creating a space where every client feels seen, heard, and understood. Together, we will work to uncover how your past informs your present and build a path toward becoming your most authentic and integrated self.
My Story
With a clinical focus on understanding how childhood experiences shape who we are today, I offer a compassionate and nuanced approach to therapy. My goal is to help you gain a deeper understanding of your past experiences and how they influence limiting beliefs. Through our work together, we will develop strategies to overcome these challenges and unlock your fullest potential.
Professional Experience:
• Inpatient psychiatry at the University of Maryland Medical Center
• Home-based counseling with teens and families
• Residential treatment for adults with severe mental illness
• Residential care for teens with eating disorders
• Senior Clinician for Fairfax County
My breadth of clinical experience allows me to connect deeply with clients and tailor treatment plans to meet their unique needs.
My Services
I offer a range of therapeutic services designed to support you on your journey:
Individual Therapy
A safe and supportive space for adults and teens to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Couples Counseling
Strengthen communication, deepen connection, and navigate relationship challenges together.
Family & Child Therapy

Therapeutic Approach
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy, recognizing that past experiences shape how we interact with the world. My therapeutic approaches include:
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Build emotional regulation and mindfulness skills
• Internal Family Systems (IFS): Heal past wounds and foster self-compassion
• Somatic Interventions: Release trauma stored in the body
As a therapist who works extensively with individuals and couples in the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities, I am committed to fostering a space of inclusivity, acceptance, and growth.
